Who we are
Fractional COO & OBM Services
I’m Tabatha — a Fractional COO, Online Business Manager, and operations partner to mission-driven leaders.
With 29 years of experience supporting high-impact professionals — from grant-funded mental health researchers and disaster response teams to award-winning commercial real estate brokers, property management companies, software developers, general contractors, brick & mortar + ecommerce brands, quantum tech and green energy companies, higher education professors, writers, salesmen and consultants — I specialize in helping values-led businesses run smarter, smoother, and with a lot less stress.
I’ve worked inside complex, high-trust environments where precision matters: managing systems, streamlining workflows, supporting remote teams, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. I bring operational calm to creative, clinical, and technical teams alike.
I have masters degrees from the University of Denver in Real Estate and Construction Management as well as Geographic Information Systems. My undergraduate degrees are in English and German from Stony Brook University. I am a life-long learner and problem-solver who spends her free time traveling the world or riding horses and learning equine assisted coaching.
My Experience Includes:
Leading project execution for multi-stakeholder teams in publicly-owned corporate, private and government emergency management environments
Building systems with tools like Trello, QuickBooks, Gusto, ArcGIS, Google Workspace, CRMs and many more
Managing compliance, data, and grant-funded workflows

Reviews & Recommendations
“Tabatha has been excellent to work with from an ethics, professionalism, attitude, and competency perspective.
Relatively early on, I was able to give her tasks with a brief overview of my objective and intent with very little concern that she will complete the task as I outlined. She has been able to juggle very dynamic and engaged personalities during our project work with clients and has been flexible in fulfilling my company's administrative and project support needs.
Having her support in my work has allowed me to focus where I truly add unique value to projects and clients. I strongly recommend you work with Tabatha if you need the type of support she provides!”
- Trevor, Founder, Protean Preparedness
“I immediately picked up on how hardworking and diligent Tabby is – she is timely, present and willing to learn. It is clear that she is extremely sharp and adaptable based off the way she supported her team.
I specifically remember watching her ability to maintain organization of her team of three different brokers all with different personalities, schedules, and work styles. In a position of managing a team myself, I highly respected Tabby’s ability to coordinate.
Additionally, Tabby began to assist my team in the fall of 2022. During this time, I noticed her high attention to detail. My team was left in a better position because of Tabby.
Outside of work diligence, Tabby is a great coworker and friend. She has a positive attitude and is always open to sharing/chatting. She is constantly looking for ways to develop professionally and brings a caring energy to those around her.
I highly recommend Tabby for future roles as I know she will prove to go above and beyond.”
- Luke, Associate, Cushman & Wakefield
“Tabatha is an absolute GEM! She’s quick, efficient, diligent, and knows exactly how to jump in & solve the problem that you’re looking to solve. Her ability to communicate, delegate, and follow-up with our specific tasks was EXACTLY what we needed! We would HIGHLY recommend Tabatha to any team looking for a dedicated & diligent asset! Thanks again for all of your hard work!”
“I had the privilege of collaborating with Tabatha during the epic floods of 2013 in Colorado. At the time, I was embarking on my first assignment as the Geospatial Information Unit Lead for FEMA’s National IMAT West and found myself Tabatha’s main conduit of federal geospatial support. Throughout the 6-8 weeks I was deployed to the operation, I was impressed by Tabatha’s unwavering commitment to the mission. Tabatha showed up every day with the resolve to bring her technical acumen, civic knowledge and resiliency to the table as we supported the response and recovery operation. Together we jointly supported the information and awareness requirements of the disaster, sharing and coordinating data, map products and remote sensing production.
In the years since, I have witnessed Tabatha go on to work for various organizations and agencies expanding and developing on what were already solid knowledge, skills and abilities. Tabatha and her wealth of experience would be an asset to your organization.”
- Niolaos, Program Analyst, FEMA R2
“I previously worked with Tabatha when we both worked at the Colorado Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management. She served as a geospatial analyst.
She led several successful geospatial analysts and GIS programs; she was also recognized for her work during a national flood disaster and contributed to the Governor’s Office of Information Technology. Tabatha also managed several projects.
She is a published author and has completed over 50 FEMA courses. She will be a good addition to your team.”
“I have had the pleasure of knowing Tabatha since 2005. With a formal real estate and construction management education and real life work experience she is able to complete any task thoroughly and quickly. She is proactive with her work and truly owns her job. She is a tremendous asset to any team and dedicated to her work. I have always been impressed by her professionalism, maturity and intellect. I see a great future for Tabatha and her career.”
“Tabby was a valuable member of my team. I was very impressed with her skills as a Transaction Specialist and Analyst and greatly appreciated her impeccable ability to pay attention to detail. I’m also grateful for the overall enthusiasm she brought to our team and have no doubt that she will bring these same skills and traits to your company as well.
Along with providing top-notch support to our clients and team, she was also proactive in figuring out ways to improve our team process and efficiency. She took the initiative to create a thorough revenue tracking system that helped our team manage deals more efficiently as well as identify target areas for business development. She also created a file system that standardized the way we saved files for each client making it much easier to quickly access needed documents.
I am 100% confident she will be an incredible addition to your team.”
“Tabatha has been a joy to work with at Cushman & Wakefield. Her professionalism, organizational skills and attention to detail are exemplary. I am also impressed with her strong work ethic, intuitive nature, and anticipatory skills. Her experience coupled with her education (master’s degree in real estate from the University of Denver) are tremendous assets she brings to her teammates and clients.”
- Bill, Director, Cushman & Wakefield
“Tabatha worked for our company, Park Range Construction from December 2010 to May 2014. Tabatha performed a variety of job duties as our Business Development Manager including sales and marketing, advertising, unit cost tracking, assistance with job walks, documentation and cost of repair estimates. In addition, Tabatha was cross-trained with our administrative assistant and helped with customer calls, change orders, invoicing, purchase orders, customer parties, employee recognition...
Tabatha is a fast learner, very dependable and displayed a professional and positive attitude at all times. We would hire Tabatha back and highly recommend her.””
“As a client of hers from 2019-2020, I can attest to her exceptional professionalism, efficiency and skill in retail tenant transaction management.
Tabatha’s dedication to her work was evident from the first time we interacted. She quickly grasped the unique needs and goals of Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) and was able to effectively translate them into actionable strategies. She assisted us with site selection and vetting, LOI drafting, preliminary due diligence, and the creation, assembly, editing, and finalization of real estate committee (REC) presentation materials. Tabatha’s attention to detail and promptness in delivering high-quality work were invaluable to our team.
In addition to her technical skills, Tabatha’s ability to collaborate and communicate effectively was also impressive. She was always approachable and responsive, and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure our satisfaction was greatly appreciated. I also witnessed her ability to manage difficult situations with tact and diplomacy, ensuring positive outcomes for all parties involved.
In summary, Tabatha is a bright, highly-motivated commercial real estate professional with a keen understanding of the industry. I have no doubt that she would be an asset to any organization seeking a professional with an eye for detail, strong work ethic, and engaging communication style.”
- Kalin, Real Estate Manager, West, Signet Jewelers (NYSE: SIG)
“While working as a Geospatial Analyst for the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management and the Colorado Information Analysis Center, Tabatha assisted the Colorado Division of Fire Prevention and Control with a major project that required hundreds of maps for boots-on-the-ground wildfire response across all 64 counties of Colorado, which were critical to our response to protect critical infrastructure for national security. She assisted us with other ad hoc database and mapping projects as needed and manned the GIS Desk as the State Lead in the Emergency Operations Center during multiple wildfire activations.
She was always very helpful and generous with her time, ensuring that all of our needs were met before closing out a request. She is very knowledgeable, detailed and customer-service oriented and would make a great addition to any public or private institution’s team.”
“Tabatha is by far one of my favorite people to work with. She is always super kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She anticipates the needs of those who she supports. She takes her teams' work and applies ownership to it. She has an actual passion for commercial real estate and is an overall asset to the industry.”
- Michael, Research Consultant, Costar
“I worked directly with Tabatha over a period of a few years on and off as a subcontractor for Cushman & Wakefield providing professional photography services. I worked directly with Tabatha for scheduling, payment, and coordination of our work together.
Tabatha is incredibly professional, intelligent, and kind. She is always a genuine pleasure to work with and stops at nothing to make sure that I had everything I needed to be successful.
Tabatha’s excellent communication skills are a breath of fresh air and speak volumes about how she values her work and values her professional relationships.
I always look forward to doing more work with a genuine professional like Tabatha.”
